We are leaving the newborn stage for good and it is so bittersweet. I will miss so much the tiny baby snuggles and the newness of having a newborn, but I am also so excited to see what’s in store for both of my boys.
Isaiah is 13 lbs and wearing 3 month size clothes.
Isaiah is smiling so much and even giggling already! He loves tickles, kisses, and just to be smiled at! He is such a happy little baby!
Another milestone that I’m not so excited about is he’s rolling over already! Just shy of 12 weeks he started rolling from his back to his tummy at night. I know they say it’s okay and to just leave them there but it’s definitely a little nerve wracking! Especially since he did it so soon!
Speaking of sleeping, Isaiah does not do this often. Well, at night. He is my little napper who can even put himself to sleep, but we are still up every hour or two sometimes at night.
Elijah and Isaiah are getting along so well, and Elijah is the best big brother. He loves when his brother is happy and always wants to go get him when he is crying. It seriously melts my heart to hear him say “I love you” to his little brother. I am embracing the hell out of this before the sibling rivalry starts.
Fun things this month included an overnight trip to Durango, CO – we love this place and it was fun to take the boys and get out of town – and a visit from Grandma Janet.
